Updates and License Renewals

Registered users get free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. This is for all new versions of the purchased edition of the software that are released during that time.

After 12 months, you can continue to use the software indefinitely, but you won’t be able to download new updates. To upgrade to the latest version (and to get another 12 months of upgrades), you can buy a license renewal for 25% of the current price of a new license. If you have not upgraded for four years or longer, the price of the license renewal is 50% of the current price of a new license.

To upgrade, download and install the latest version of the software and activate it with your activation key. If you need a license renewal, the software will prompt you to buy one.

Upgrading to the Pro Edition

If you purchased the standard edition and need the features of VoceVista Video Pro, you can upgrade by paying the difference between the two. Please email us at n.miller@vocevista.com for more details.

Request for US Taxpayer Identification Number

If your organization requires a W-9 form prior to purchasing a license, please note that our orders are handled by a company called FastSpring, and that they are the vendor from which you need the taxpayer identification number. Click here to download FastSpring’s W-9 form.

Tax Exemption

All sales are handled by FastSpring. If your organization is tax exempt, please complete your order with the tax, and then submit your order number and your tax exemption documents to FastSpring via their website at https://fastspring.com/question-a-charge/#vat-tax-questions, and they will promptly refund the tax. Their website also explains this process in more detail.
